Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Engage prospects with a clear and confident communication style to promote services effectively.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies for better conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent and strong conversational skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting roles.
- Excellent objection handling and pitch delivery abilities.
- Reliable access to power backup and high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted work during night shifts.
- Ability to work remotely during US-UK night shift hours consistently.
