Cold Caller - Call Center Agent (CSR)

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller (Customer Service Representative) to join our team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time role requires making outbound calls to property owners in the USA during night shifts, specifically from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. The primary focus is to identify potential property sellers, explain the benefits of cash offers, and collect detailed information about the properties. The position demands working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays and requires excellent English communication skills. Compensation ranges between PKR 60,000 and 80,000 per month, plus commission, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify motivated sellers.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of cash offers for their properties.
- Gather and document detailed information about property conditions, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all relevant information.
- Work collaboratively with the team to refine outreach strategies and meet campaign targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills with a clear and understandable accent.
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with EST hours (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- At least one year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to commute or relocate to Lahore for on-site work.
