Cold Caller - Call Center Agent (CSR)

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller (Customer Service Representative) to join our team on a full-time basis, working the night shift from our office located in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves making outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers and present cash offer opportunities. This position requires working hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PST), Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays on. The salary range is PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on experience, plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties.
- Collect and document detailed information regarding property condition, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally and confidently during calls.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve outreach strategies and achieve campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and understandable accent.
- Confidence and professionalism in phone interactions with clients.
- Ability to work during the EST time zone hours (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- Minimum of one year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach.
- Candidates with no prior experience but excellent English proficiency are also encouraged to apply.
