Cold Caller (Customer Service Representative)

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller (Customer Service Representative) to join our team full-time, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PST) in Johar Town, Lahore. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers and explain the benefits of cash offers. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 80,000 depending on experience, along with commission incentives. Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays and be comfortable operating within the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of accepting cash offers for their properties.
- Gather and document detailed information about property condition, seller motivation, and selling timelines.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally and confidently during calls.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and meet campaign targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and understandable accent.
- Confidence and professionalism when interacting with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with the EST time zone (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- At least one year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore prior to starting work.
