Our client, GlobalEasyHire, is seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite position involves working night shifts aligned with the US market. The ideal candidate will not only make calls but effectively sell digital marketing services by engaging international clients, understanding their business needs, handling objections, and generating qualified meetings. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients.
- Introduce and sell a range of digital marketing services.
- Promote offerings such as SEO, AEO/GEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and more.
- Identify prospects and gain a clear understanding of their business requirements.
- Handle objections professionally to create genuine interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
- Strong English communication and conversational skills.
- Confidence and ease in speaking with international clients.
- Proven ability to handle objections and persuade prospects.
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent approach.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
