Cold Caller

We are seeking a motivated Medical Billing Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers who possess a strong English accent and excellent communication skills. The position involves engaging potential clients through cold calls to generate leads within the medical billing sector. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring confidence, persuasion, and a target-driven approach. The role is based in Islamabad, offering a monthly salary range of PKR 35,000 to 60,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote medical billing services.
- Maintain a confident and persuasive communication style to engage prospects effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly calling targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and update client information accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with the team to improve calling strategies and achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation abilities.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Target-oriented with a high level of motivation and resilience.
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts from 7 PM to 5 AM.
