KANDZ Communications is seeking motivated and confident B2C Solar Cold Callers to join our expanding team for a US-based solar campaign. This role involves engaging residential homeowners across the USA through outbound cold calls to generate interest in solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, able to qualify prospects effectively, and skilled in transferring qualified leads live to our closing team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, working night shifts, offering a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential residential customers in the United States.
- Engage homeowners to create awareness and interest in solar energy products and services.
- Qualify prospects according to specific campaign criteria to ensure lead quality.
- Perform live transfers of qualified and interested customers directly to the sales closing team.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets set by the company.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in cold calling, particularly targeting US-based customers, is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections persuasively and maintain professionalism during calls.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining punctuality.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a professional attitude toward work.
