Cold Caller

Focusteck is seeking a confident and motivated Cold Caller to join their team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with potential clients primarily through cold calling, with a focus on generating leads and effectively handling objections. The position requires working evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM, offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000. The ideal candidate will be target-driven and comfortable communicating with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage potential customers with confidence and professionalism to promote company services.
- Handle objections and rejections effectively to maintain a positive conversation flow.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, or BPO environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to generate leads and handle objections during calls.
- Target-driven mindset with confidence in managing client conversations.
