Cold Caller

We are looking for motivated and confident Cold Callers to join our team at our office near Al Noor Laboratory, Shadman Colony 1, Lahore. This is a full-time position requiring candidates to work the USA time zone night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential clients based in the United States, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads to support the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to clients located in the United States.
- Professionally introduce the company’s services to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to assist the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and perform follow-ups as needed.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with the USA time zone (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills to manage call records and related administrative tasks.
