Cold Caller - (Onsite - Night Shift)

B-Unique Studio is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cold Callers. This on-site position is based in PECHS, Karachi, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, operating on a night shift schedule. The role offers a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 50,000 to 75,000. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company’s services, and supporting the sales team by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads.
- Introduce the company’s services professionally and clearly.
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly call activity targets.
- Provide assistance and support to the sales team as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate level education, Bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled in a university program.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong spoken English communication skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Willingness to work full-time during the night shift.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the office during night hours.
