Cold Caller - Outbound & Inbound ( Night Shift)

We are seeking motivated and energetic Cold Callers to join our rapidly expanding agency based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. This on-site role involves making outbound calls during the night shift, Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating contact with qualified driver candidates, presenting exciting transportation and driver opportunities in the US market, and connecting interested prospects with our recruitment closers and carrier partners. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to driver candidates and leads, generating initial interest in US transportation and trucking opportunities.
- Perform quick pre-screening assessments to verify candidate qualifications, gauge interest, and deliver compelling pitches that highlight the benefits of the roles.
- Transfer or connect qualified and interested leads to the recruitment closers for final evaluation and placement.
- Build rapport quickly, handle objections smoothly, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the call.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, contact rates, and qualified lead transfers.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service representative roles. Prior experience with US campaigns or international call centers is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal English communication skills, with strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work reliably during the night shift hours of 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume cold calling environment where rejection is common.
