Cold Caller (Outbound)

We are seeking confident and motivated Cold Callers to join our team for a Canadian Telecommunications campaign based in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Al Rehman Garden Phase 2. The role involves making outbound calls to Canadian customers during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing or cold calling, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively while meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective Canadian customers as part of the telecommunications campaign.
- Engage customers confidently and professionally, providing information about products and services.
- Handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude to maximize conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve scripts and sales techniques based on customer feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines during all communications.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with Canadian customers.
- Ability to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM consistently.
- Target-driven mindset with confidence in handling customer objections.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience working on international campaigns, especially targeting Canadian markets, is highly preferred.
- Salary ranges from PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month for candidates with 6 months of experience. For those with over one year of relevant experience, the salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to 65,000 per month.
- Additional commission of 0.5% to 1% based on performance.
- Fuel allowance may be considered depending on eligibility and performance.
- This is an on-site position requiring physical presence at the designated location.
