Cold Caller (Outbound)

We are seeking confident and motivated Cold Callers to join our Canadian telecommunications campaign based in Al Rehman Garden Phase 2, Lahore. This role involves engaging potential customers through outbound calls during the night shift, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience. This is an on-site position offering a competitive salary with commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of the Canadian telecommunications campaign.
- Engage prospects effectively, using strong communication and persuasion skills to generate interest.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain professional conversations throughout the call.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and campaign performance goals.
- Work the designated night shift hours, aligning with Canadian time zones.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and maintain motivation in a sales-driven environment.
- Comfortable working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with six months to one year of relevant experience will be considered.
- Salary ranges from PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month for those with six months of experience.
- For candidates with one year of relevant experience, the salary range increases to PKR 60,000 to 65,000 per month.
- Commission is offered between 0.5% and 1%, based on sales performance and campaign results.
- Fuel allowance may be provided depending on company policy and candidate eligibility.
- This is an on-site role requiring presence at the Al Rehman Garden Phase 2 office in Lahore.
