Cold Caller (US Market)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cold Caller to join our expanding tech company focused on the US market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by connecting with potential clients and promoting our design and development services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients based in the US market.
- Effectively pitch the company’s design and development service offerings.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in cold calling or a related sales role.
- Strong passion for sales with a focus on closing deals.
- Confident and energetic demeanor with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient English speaking ability, with a preference for a US accent.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is an onsite position located at Rashid Minhas Road, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
- Working hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, accommodating the US time zone.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 80,000, plus commission and performance-based incentives (spiffs).
