This full-time, on-site Cold Caller position is based in Lahore and focuses on a U.S. healthcare campaign. The role involves contacting potential and existing healthcare clients by phone to introduce Keystone Medics’ billing and revenue cycle management services. The primary goal is to qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to basic inquiries, documenting call outcomes in company systems, and adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines specific to the U.S. healthcare market. The Cold Caller is expected to meet call and conversion targets, collaborate with sales and billing teams to refine messaging, and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing healthcare clients in the U.S. market.
- Introduce Keystone Medics’ medical billing and revenue cycle management services effectively.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments or calls for the sales team.
- Respond to basic client inquiries during calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Accurately document call outcomes and maintain lead records using CRM or call-tracking tools.
- Follow structured call scripts and compliance guidelines tailored to the U.S. healthcare industry.
- Achieve daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with sales and billing teams to improve call scripts and campaign strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and overall campaign performance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident phone presence suitable for U.S.-based clients.
- Basic knowledge of sales or telemarketing processes, including cold calling, lead qualification, and objection handling.
- Ability to follow structured call scripts while adapting responses to caller needs professionally.
- Experience using CRM or call-tracking software to maintain accurate call logs and lead information.
- Minimum of six months’ experience in an international call center, BPO, or similar outbound calling environment, preferably serving U.S. clients.
- Fluency in English with a good accent and comprehension appropriate for U.S. callers.
- Reliable time management skills and ability to meet performance targets under supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
- Availability to work shifts aligned with U.S. time zones and commitment to an on-site office environment in Lahore.
