Cold Callers

Spell Link is looking for confident and communication-focused female Cold Calling Executives to join their team at the Shadman 1 office in Lahore. This role involves reaching out to potential clients in the USA construction market to introduce the company’s construction estimating services, qualify leads, and generate sales opportunities. The position is on-site and requires working the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Candidates with prior experience in construction estimating sales or cold calling will be preferred. The salary is negotiable, with potential performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients within the construction industry. Introduce Spell Link’s construction estimating services clearly and effectively. Identify and qualify leads by communicating with contractors, subcontractors, builders, and construction companies. Respond to initial client inquiries and explain services in a professional manner. Generate sales leads and schedule appointments with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information. Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads as needed. Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Required Qualifications
Female candidates only. Strong English communication skills with confident and persuasive speaking ability. Good listening skills and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a target-oriented mindset. Experience in cold calling or sales, preferably within construction estimating or related industries. Willingness to work night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Availability to work on-site at the Shadman 1 office in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in B2B sales, international sales, USA campaigns, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer acquisition is highly desirable. Familiarity with the construction industry and its sales processes will be advantageous. Performance-based commission opportunities may be available, offering additional earning potential.
