Cold Callers

Spell Link is seeking motivated and confident Female Cold Calling Executives to join their team at the Shadman 1 office in Lahore. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients in the USA construction market. This role focuses on introducing Spell Link’s construction estimating services, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities through outbound calls. The position requires working night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the construction industry.
- Introduce and explain Spell Link’s construction estimating services to contractors, subcontractors, builders, and construction companies.
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads for sales opportunities.
- Respond to initial client inquiries and provide clear information about services.
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and lead information.
- Follow up with potential clients as needed to nurture leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates with excellent English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability with professional phone etiquette.
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven lead-generation skills.
- Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred.
- Ability to work the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
