Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call records by updating the CRM system or call logs regularly.
- Meet individual and team targets related to call volume, lead conversion, and sales performance.
- Handle objections professionally, providing clear and concise information to ensure a positive experience for every contact.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine call scripts, share feedback from prospects, and contribute to improving outreach strategies.
- Manage time effectively in a target-driven environment while maintaining consistency in handling repetitive tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, including clear speaking, active listening, and confident phone etiquette.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles such as cold calling, lead generation, or telesales.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking software, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resilience when handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bahria Town Phase 8 and adhere to established schedules and performance guidelines.
