Cold Calling Agent

Techsol IT Solution is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Agent to join our team for an international campaign. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients as part of the lead generation and sales process.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to consistently meet campaign targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to achieve individual and group goals.
- Continuously enhance calling techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and feedback sessions.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with a neutral or near-native accent is essential for clear communication.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in cold calling, preferably within sales or lead generation roles.
- A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time, in-house position located in Shahre Faisal, Karachi.
- The work schedule is night shift from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
