COLD CALLING AGENT

We are seeking a confident and results-oriented Cold Calling Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the US market within the construction cost estimation sector. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to generate leads and close sales effectively. The position is specifically open to female candidates and operates on a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will engage with prospective clients based in the United States, driving business growth through targeted outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team as needed.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales targeting the US market.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
