Cold Calling Agent (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting products and services, and converting leads into sales to support the company’s expansion. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and be committed to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.
- Clearly promote and explain the company’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and call details.
- Follow campaign procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality.
- Basic computer skills for managing records and communications.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Highly motivated and target-driven to meet sales goals consistently.
