Cold Calling Agent (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven attitude, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company products and services, and converting leads into successful sales to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Promote and clearly explain company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and calls.
- Adhere to campaign procedures and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of relevant sales experience.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Highly motivated and target-driven mindset.
