Cold Calling Agent (UK Market)

EchoNet Services is looking for motivated and confident Cold Calling Agents to join our Lahore-based team, focusing on the UK market. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in sales or business development who want to launch their careers. The role requires working evening shifts from 12:00 PM to 8:00 AM, offering a dynamic and target-driven environment. As a Cold Calling Agent, you will engage with prospective clients, introduce our services professionally, and generate qualified leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UK market.
- Professionally present and explain the company’s services.
- Address customer inquiries and objections confidently.
- Generate and qualify leads, then forward them to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate, preferably with a degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent spoken English with clear, fluent, and confident communication.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work evening shifts from 12 PM to 8 AM.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
