Cold Calling Executive

We are seeking a confident and motivated Cold Calling Executive to join our remote team supporting a US-based real estate business. This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls, primarily targeting the US real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken English with a clear American accent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night shifts aligned with US business hours. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads across the USA.
- Communicate professionally to build rapport and trust with prospects.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets related to calling volume and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with the real estate sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a clear American accent is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with US clients.
- Previous experience in cold calling within the US real estate sector is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and maintain detailed call records efficiently.
- Comfortable working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time to align with US business hours.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 100,000, commensurate with experience, communication skills, and proficiency in the American accent.
