COLD CALLING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a confident and experienced Cold Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and persuasive skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, meet targets, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria.
- Effectively present products or services to potential clients and address any questions or concerns.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven ability to persuade and convince potential clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Experience in managing and converting leads into successful sales.
