Cold Calling Expert - Intern

DeveloperStudio.org is seeking motivated interns to join our outreach team, focusing on the UK market. This remote internship involves connecting with local UK businesses through cold calling, WhatsApp, and social media channels to onboard new clients. The ideal candidate will have strong spoken English skills, preferably with a UK accent, and prior experience in outreach. This role demands a self-driven, disciplined individual who can deliver results from day one and is comfortable working within a structured process.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and send WhatsApp messages to UK businesses using official company-provided phone and WhatsApp numbers.
- Generate business leads through various social media channels.
- Manage and work on leads provided via the company’s CRM system.
- Follow the established outreach process by updating lead statuses accurately (Contacted, Follow-up, Not Interested, or Later).
- Onboard interested clients effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily outreach and onboarding targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a clear UK accent.
- Previous experience in English-speaking outreach roles.
- Ability to successfully pass the company’s evaluation test.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.

Selection Process
Applicants are required to submit a one-minute voice note in English introducing themselves. This is a key step to evaluate communication skills efficiently. Candidates who pass the initial evaluation test will proceed to a three-day trial period to demonstrate their performance. Successful candidates from the trial will be offered the internship position.
