Cold Calling Expert

We are seeking a confident and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team at our Silk Center location in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling and B2B sales, with the ability to identify potential prospects and convert them into qualified leads and sales. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify potential business leads through targeted outreach
- Conduct outbound calls and email communications to engage prospects
- Present company services in a professional and persuasive manner
- Follow up consistently with prospects and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of successful cold calling
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Effective follow-up and objection-handling capabilities
- Comfortable communicating with international clients
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
