Cold Calling Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cold Calling Expert to join our team at a US-based construction estimation company. This full-time, on-site position is located in Johar Town, Lahore, and requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling within the construction estimation industry, with a solid understanding of the US construction market. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively generate leads, engage potential clients, and foster lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US construction industry.
- Generate and qualify leads to support business growth and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate construction estimation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, specifically within the construction estimation sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the US construction industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation abilities to convert prospects into clients.
- Ability to work the designated night shift hours on-site in Johar Town, Lahore.

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
