Cold Calling Lead Generation

Bright Solutions is seeking experienced Cold Calling and Lead Generation Agents to join its expanding team for U.S.-based campaigns. This full-time position is located in Nipa, Karachi, and offers an excellent opportunity for professionals confident in English and skilled in outbound sales to grow their careers within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, and able to communicate effectively with potential clients to generate quality leads and contribute to the overall success of the campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients based in the U.S.
- Generate, identify, and qualify leads in a professional manner
- Clearly and confidently communicate campaign information to prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up details
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet campaign goals

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate level education (Intermediate level not accepted)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation is mandatory
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Confidence in engaging potential clients over the phone and meeting targets
- Professional, disciplined, and target-oriented work attitude
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
- Ability to draft professional emails

Working Hours (Pakistan Standard Time)
- March to November: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- November to March: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Position Details and Benefits
- Position: Full-Time Cold Calling Agent
- Salary Range: PKR 40,000 to 65,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and performance
- Shift Duration: 8 hours per day
- Work Mode: On-site in Karachi
