Cold Calling Sales Executive

Aliza Solutions is seeking a confident and motivated Cold Calling Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our website development, design, and digital marketing services, and identifying client needs to generate qualified sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to handle objections effectively while maintaining a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services
- Present and explain website development, design, and digital marketing solutions
- Understand and assess prospect requirements to identify sales opportunities
- Handle objections professionally and confidently to maintain engagement
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or international sales is preferred
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable managing rejection and overcoming objections
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive follow-up approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
