We are seeking a motivated sales professional with proven experience in cold calling to join our digital marketing campaign team. This role requires working onsite during night shift hours and offers a competitive monthly salary. The position is based in Wapda Town, Lahore, and involves direct interaction with potential clients to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of digital marketing services to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign goals.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling sales, preferably within a digital marketing or related industry.
- Ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM onsite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling rejection professionally.
- Location flexibility to work from Wapda Town, Lahore.
