COLD CALLING SPECIALISTS

We are seeking motivated and energetic Cold Calling Specialists to join our team in Pakistan. This role requires individuals who are confident in engaging potential clients, generating interest, handling objections, and successfully converting prospects into sales. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be adept at pitching, negotiating, following up, and closing deals. The position operates on a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Salary is negotiable, with an additional 4% commission paid in USD.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce and pitch services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Handle objections and respond to client questions with confidence.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in cold calling or sales is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to convince and engage clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Experience in client or customer handling.
- Ability to manage objections and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM.
