Cold Email Outreach Specialist (Remote)

AHEADTECH 360 is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in managing cold email campaigns, lead generation, and B2B prospecting. This role demands a proactive professional who can independently handle outreach efforts, generate qualified leads, and assist the sales team in booking meetings through effective and personalized email communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted cold email outreach campaigns aimed at potential B2B clients.
- Conduct thorough research to build detailed prospect lists, focusing on decision-makers within target organizations.
- Identify potential clients and develop personalized, engaging cold email sequences tailored to their specific needs.
- Manage timely follow-ups and continuously monitor the performance of email campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
- Track key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain high email deliverability by following best practices and ensuring proper email authentication protocols are in place.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team by providing qualified leads that contribute to achieving meeting booking targets.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in cold email outreach or lead generation roles.
- Proficiency with outreach and lead generation tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Strong written English and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, personalized emails.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability concepts, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Excellent research, organizational, and follow-up skills to maintain consistent and effective outreach efforts.
