Cold Outreach Executive (Full-time)

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our expanding team based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite role offers the unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, receive hands-on training, and become a vital part of a growing agency. The position operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and offers a fixed monthly salary complemented by performance-based commissions. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Engage with prospects naturally through Instagram comments, Stories, and Reels to build relationships.
- Initiate conversations and outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and Email.
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and communications.

Required Qualifications
- Residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- Ownership of a personal laptop.
- Strong written English communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable navigating and using LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and Email for professional purposes.
- Ability to engage authentically with audiences on Instagram through comments, Stories, and Reels.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or cold outreach is advantageous but not mandatory.
