The Collections Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. This role involves managing and monitoring outstanding client accounts, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. Daily responsibilities include contacting customers via phone and email, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving billing or payment discrepancies, and preparing regular reports on the status of collections. The Collections Executive will work closely with the finance team to support credit control policies, minimize bad debts, and ensure adherence to company procedures. Success in this role requires consistent professionalism, effective communication, and a methodical approach to meeting collection targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor overdue client accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Contact customers through phone and email to follow up on outstanding balances.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and progress.
- Collaborate with the finance team to enforce credit control policies.
- Support efforts to minimize bad debts and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Required Qualifications

- Strong skills in credit control and debt collection, including experience managing overdue accounts and implementing collection strategies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Solid analytical abilities to review account data, identify trends or issues, and support decision-making.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of finance, particularly invoicing, account reconciliation, and payment terms.
- Relevant experience in collections, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Karāchi and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency with office productivity software; familiarity with finance or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
