Comic Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Comic Sales Executive to join our team. This role centers on engaging customers through live chat, social media direct messages, and online postings to drive comic sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for comics and a solid understanding of comic characters, styles, and artwork. Your main objective will be to identify customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, answer inquiries clearly, and confidently close sales—all without making phone calls. Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously is essential, so excellent typing speed, communication skills, and persuasive sales ability are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process via live chat, social media direct messages, and online postings.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable comic products accordingly.
- Clearly explain product details and respond promptly to customer questions.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to convert customer interest into confirmed sales.
- Stay updated on comics, characters, styles, and market trends to better serve customers.

Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of comics, including characters, artwork styles, and related products.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage customers persuasively through chat.
- Fast and accurate typing skills to efficiently manage multiple conversations.
