We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven leader to spearhead the growth and transformation of a modern women’s reproductive health clinic network in Pakistan. This role is critical in establishing a niche in women’s healthcare by developing a financially sustainable, client-centered, and high-quality healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with a deep commitment to clinical excellence, driving profitability and scalable growth while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and implement a commercial strategy to position the clinic network as a leading provider of women’s reproductive healthcare services, initially in Karachi with potential expansion to other cities. Identify market opportunities, client segments, and growth channels to build a strong brand presence. Create sustainable revenue models that balance profitability with accessibility and clinical integrity. Establish partnerships with corporates, insurers, community organizations, and healthcare networks to support growth.

Business Transformation & Profitability
Own the overall commercial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, cost optimization, and financial sustainability. Lead turnaround efforts for underperforming clinics by diagnosing operational inefficiencies and executing improvement plans, including relocation if necessary. Develop strategies to increase client volumes, enhance service offerings, and optimize pricing. Foster a culture of accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement across the network.

Operational Excellence
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance client journeys, service quality, and operational efficiency. Establish performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health. Drive service diversification to attract new client segments and increase footfall. Identify opportunities for process improvements, technology adoption, and innovative service delivery.

Financial Management
Take ownership of clinic-level financial performance, including revenue tracking, cost management, profit and loss accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and return on investment analysis. Translate financial data into actionable business decisions and work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and growth projections.

Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build, motivate, and lead high-performing commercial and operational teams. Cultivate a performance-driven culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and excellence. Mentor team members and develop future leaders within the organization.

Market Understanding & Customer Focus
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Pakistani healthcare landscape, particularly women’s health needs and client behavior. Use market insights to design services and commercial strategies that address unmet needs. Collaborate with marketing to target client segments effectively and ensure the delivery of an exceptional client experience.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience leading commercial growth, business transformation, or operational improvement in service-based organizations.
- Strong track record of turning around low-performing business units into profitable operations.
- Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and business performance oversight.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to balance commercial goals with quality, customer experience, and service excellence.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in healthcare sectors such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, wellness, or other patient-facing services is highly desirable.
- Exposure to women’s health, reproductive healthcare, fertility, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs400,000 to Rs500,000.
