Commission-Based Sales Representative

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for motivated and persuasive individuals to join its international telesales team. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with international customers in English to present products and services, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into sales. The position offers a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses. While candidates with experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer sales, or international call centers are preferred, fresh graduates with excellent spoken English and confidence are also encouraged to apply. The working hours for this role are from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional customer calls in English with international clients.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of products and services.
- Address customer questions and effectively overcome objections.
- Follow up with interested prospects to successfully close sales.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence and eagerness to learn and apply sales techniques.
- Ability to work the designated shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer sales, or international call centers is preferred but not mandatory for highly capable fresh candidates.
