Commission-Based Sales Representative

MARS BPO, located in Saddar, Karachi, is seeking motivated and persuasive individuals to join its international telesales team. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with international customers in English, presenting products and services effectively, addressing customer concerns, and converting prospects into sales. The role requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Candidates with experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer sales, or international call centers are preferred, though freshers with excellent spoken English and confidence are also encouraged to apply. Compensation includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses, with a monthly pay range of Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional customer calls in English to international clients.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential customers.
- Address and resolve customer questions and objections effectively.
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales successfully.
- Achieve sales targets consistently and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence and eagerness to learn sales techniques.
- Availability to work the specified night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Relevant experience in telesales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory for confident and capable fresh candidates.
