Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing business clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and timely resolution of queries or issues.
- Assist in managing client accounts by providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns promptly.
