Communications Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Communications Trainer to join the ibex Learning Academy (ILA) team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping individuals unlock their voice, enhance their personal presence, and confidently pursue their dream careers. As a Communications Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming participants by equipping them with essential communication skills, building their confidence, and developing a professional flair that enables them to excel in job interviews and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and personalized coaching programs tailored to individual and group needs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group development sessions focused on personality development, communication skills, confidence building, and professional presence.
- Assess participants’ strengths and areas for improvement, creating customized development plans to maximize their potential.
- Collaborate closely with hiring and recruitment teams to ensure training content aligns with current industry trends and employer expectations.
- Motivate, mentor, and empower job seekers throughout their career journey by providing ongoing guidance, encouragement, and support.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Excellent command of spoken English, with clear, confident, and engaging communication skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for career coaching, personal development, and mentoring others.
