The Communicator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sialkot. This role is pivotal in managing daily communication between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and expectations. The Communicator will handle customer inquiries, prepare and distribute order details, coordinate updates among sales, design, and production departments, and maintain accurate documentation for follow-up. Responsibilities also include overseeing production planning and control (PPC), material requirements planning (MRP), and tracking orders throughout the manufacturing process. Active participation in on-site meetings, regular presence on the production floor for information gathering, and timely reporting to management on communication issues or improvement opportunities are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and timelines.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide detailed order information.
- Coordinate updates and information flow between sales, design, and production departments.
- Document all communication accurately to ensure effective follow-up and issue resolution.
- Monitor production PPC and MRP processes and maintain comprehensive order tracking.
- Participate actively in on-site meetings and maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to gather relevant information.
- Report communication-related challenges and opportunities for process improvements to management in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical production processes clearly and simply.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, including handling inquiries, managing expectations, and resolving basic issues professionally.
- Well-developed organizational and coordination skills to track orders, update stakeholders, and maintain accurate communication records.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or apparel production environments, preferably in sportswear.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets to prepare documents, reports, and updates.
- Ability to work on-site in Sialkot and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing communication gaps.
