Company Driver

SwiftNine is seeking a dependable, professional, and punctual Driver to support our management team and assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, maintain company vehicles in excellent condition, and demonstrate courtesy and discretion when transporting passengers. This role requires a responsible individual who can manage routes efficiently and uphold the company’s standards for vehicle care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport management, employees, and guests to various destinations including meetings, offices, and airports.
- Plan routes and departure times to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles, ensuring they are always ready for use.
- Regularly check fuel levels, tires, oil, and other essential vehicle components.
- Coordinate scheduled vehicle servicing and promptly report any faults, damages, or incidents.
- Perform assigned office errands, including document deliveries and pickups, with responsibility.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and expenses.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, parking regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding passengers, conversations, schedules, and sensitive company information.

Required Qualifications
- Valid driving license suitable for the assigned vehicle type.
- Minimum of three years’ professional driving experience, preferably with executive or corporate clients.
- Proven track record of safe and responsible driving.
- Proficiency in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Good knowledge of local routes and competence in using navigation tools such as Google Maps.
- Punctuality, honesty, professional appearance, and respectful communication skills.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional airport transfers, intercity travel, or schedule adjustments with prior notice.
