We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Ethics Partner to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This role is pivotal in fostering a strong ethical culture within the organization, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and promoting integrity across all levels. The successful candidate will work closely with various affiliates to embed an ethical mindset, develop and deliver training programs, and lead compliance monitoring activities to uphold both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and enhance the affiliate’s ethics and compliance culture, promoting integrity and transparency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance and ethics training programs across the organization.
- Provide expert guidance to employees on compliance issues and ethical decision-making.
- Lead compliance monitoring efforts, assessing adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify compliance risks, control gaps, and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability and encourage speak-up behavior within the organization.
- Support the integration of compliance as a strategic business enabler across affiliate operations.
- Escalate significant compliance risks and breaches through established governance channels promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Law, Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, monitoring, and ethics, including proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong familiarity with corporate compliance frameworks, codes of conduct, risk assessments, and remediation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, coupled with sound ethical judgment and high personal integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and make balanced, well-informed decisions.
