Compression Machine Operator

Wilson’s Pharmagroup is seeking an experienced Compression Machine Operator to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and possess a strong understanding of operating compression machines in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation related to production and machine operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate compression machines such as ZP-23, ZP-26, ZP-40, and ZP-57 in accordance with SOPs and production instructions.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure that all products meet the required specifications.
- Maintain precise records of production batches and machine operations to support traceability and compliance.
- Perform machine changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality assurance protocols, and workplace safety regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) qualification.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience working in pharmaceutical compression machine operations or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with extensive hands-on experience with multiple compression machine models will be preferred.
- The position is based on-site in Islamabad, requiring the candidate to work in person.
- The monthly salary range for this role is between Rs19,000 and Rs72,000, reflecting experience and expertise.
