Computer Digitizing Internship

DIGIT-IT is seeking a Computer Digitizing Intern / Trainee Digitizer with basic knowledge of Wilcom EmbroideryStudio and a fundamental understanding of computer digitizing. This full-time, on-site internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who can operate Wilcom independently and are eager to enhance their skills through hands-on, professional experience. The position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Wilcom software to create and edit embroidery digitizing designs.
- Understand and apply basic stitch types, settings, and design requirements.
- Follow instructions carefully to produce accurate digitized embroidery files.
- Learn and implement professional digitizing workflows, including logo digitizing.
- Work with stitch sequencing, density, underlay settings, and pull compensation.
- Assist in digitizing for various embroidery styles such as 3D Puff, patches, caps, and appliqué.
- Prepare production-ready embroidery files that meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Wilcom EmbroideryStudio or similar digitizing software.
- Ability to operate Wilcom independently with a clear understanding of the software’s functions.
- Fundamental understanding of computer embroidery digitizing principles.
- Awareness of different stitch types, settings, and design requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional digitizing techniques.
