Computer Hardware Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled technician to diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to PCs and laptops. The ideal candidate will be proficient in assembling and disassembling laptop components, including boards, RAM, processors, and LCD screens. This role requires regular visits to client premises to address and resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware complaints for PCs and laptops.
- Replace necessary parts in laptops and desktops as required.
- Perform complete assembly and disassembly of laptop components such as the motherboard, RAM, processor, and LCD.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to client locations to respond to and resolve hardware complaints.

Required Qualifications:
- Matriculation, Intermediate, Diploma in IT, or Graduation.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with laptops and PCs.

Compensation and Work Location:
- Monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 60,000.
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location and client sites.
