Computer Operator

Markematics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Operator who possesses strong typing abilities, solid technical knowledge, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and creative work. Key Responsibilities
- Perform Urdu typing with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute to ensure efficient data entry and documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents.
- Apply basic networking knowledge to support day-to-day computer network operations.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues, including Windows installation and other software-related problems, to maintain smooth system functionality.
- Handle hardware-related tasks with a good understanding of computer systems and components.
- Engage in creative tasks and contribute to process improvements as required.
- Maintain a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate (equivalent to high school completion).
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a similar role, demonstrating competence in typing, troubleshooting, and hardware handling.
- Proven ability to type Urdu at a speed of 50 words per minute or higher.
- Good command over Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly related to Windows installation and resolving common technical issues.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware and system components.
