Computer Science Lecturer

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer Science Lecturer to join our academic team at NCBA&E, Front Lane Campus, Lahore. This full-time position requires a candidate with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and student development. The successful applicant will play a vital role in delivering quality education, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Computer Science and related subjects.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and other course materials.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, assignments, and examinations to evaluate student progress.
- Guide students through programming, software development, and practical project work.
- Supervise student projects and provide ongoing academic support.
- Maintain accurate academic records and ensure timely completion of course outlines.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic activities, and university events.
- Contribute to curriculum development and support continuous academic enhancement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- MS or MPhil degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Strong command of core Computer Science concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior teaching experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
- Relevant industry experience is also valued and will enhance the candidate’s profile.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based at the NCBA&E Front Lane Campus in Lahore.
- The offered monthly salary ranges from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
