Computer Science Lecturer

Superior College Mian Channu is looking for a dedicated Computer Science Lecturer to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured instruction in core computer science subjects, fostering an environment that promotes practical problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a strong theoretical foundation. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in various computer science topics according to the assigned curriculum.
- Develop and prepare lesson materials, including presentations, assignments, and assessments, to enhance student understanding and engagement.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving abilities through interactive teaching methods and real-world examples.
- Assess student performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in computer science to ensure course content remains current and relevant.
- Support students’ academic growth by offering guidance and assistance outside of scheduled class times when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum design and contribute to departmental goals.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of core computer science subjects such as programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and software engineering.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to students.
- Experience in preparing lesson plans and delivering lectures in an academic setting.
